A short film based on utilizing the Analects of Confucius as a "Modern" Self-Help Tool ... Brilliantly interpreted and acted by Michael Neuenschwander.

The idea for this video was to take still visuals and then bring them to life as a "motion picture" in post-production ... Conceptually thought out as a "Comedy-Crime-Film-Meets-New-Collection-Fashion-Shoot" ... The Basman Family - Maya, Joel, Veronika, Menachem and their team - totally made this idea work and come to life.

This story behind this clip began as an experiment to test out how suitable the gear that we had for a photoshoot was for film work ... We ended up doing a lot of post-production to bring this clip to reality but it was well worth the effort ... Joel Basman convincingly portrayed the frightened wartime man-on-the-run who finds a moment of solace in his mind, and spirit, by imagining his father calming him before bedtime by reading a bedside prayer.

This short spot was visualized for an event space that unfortunately no longer exists ... The "frames" were actually mounted as wall decor and all that was required was to have the interior space of those frames come to life in a FashionArts-At-Hogwarts storyline.
